In harmony with nature, we collaborate on site with a small farm for the production of olive oil but also of salads, potatoes, tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, aromatic herbs, strawberries, raspberries, currants, apricots and apples. Cows, pigs, chickens and many other animals live on the farm. Our homemade products are the result of an effort that we are happy to support in order to offer you something special: fresh and natural delicacies, with an authentic and pure taste. 

What we do not grow with this partner company, we obtain for the most part from local farmers of Trentino and Lake Garda, in whom we have full confidence. 

 

To let you know where the delicacies brought to the table come from, we have created two signs of quality identification that we associate with all the products offered by the kitchen: 

 

The G di Gardascuola & partner contains all the foods we produce, transformed into real delights in the kitchen. 

 

With the T, on the other hand, we identify the dishes and ingredients of Trentino origin, which are distinguished by a particular freshness, guaranteed by the short supply chain.
