Various sauna areas of all types

Olive, Citrus, Flower, Sun and Breeze - cleanse every pore in our saunas with territorial names. 

 

After a long and rewarding day outdoors, what could be better than an invigorating sauna session? The high temperatures are proven to improve blood circulation and regenerate the muscles. Our spa department has five different saunas and steam baths. 

 

The Olivo sauna is the largest room and at 85 °C ensures intense perpiration. In the Citrus sauna, built from untreated wood from a barn, 85 °C also reigns. The Fiori sauna with its 65 °C is a suitable room for those who prefer to relax at less intense temperatures than in Finnish saunas. Its name anticipates the uniqueness of this sauna, in which a harmonious and pleasant scent is released thanks to the use of rose petals, herbs and flowers, all grown in our area and an expression of local biodiversity. 

Sun is the rock salt steam bath (45 °C), particularly beneficial for the respiratory tract. 

The Brezza sauna (65 °C) is a bio-sauna in which clothes are allowed, so you can enter it, even with children, wearing a swimming costume: it is located in the pool area and not in the sauna area. 

 

Sauna Event

 

On every spring, autumn and winter day, spend moments of total regeneration enveloped in the pleasant warmth of our sauna world, where at least two stimulating Aufguss rituals as well as one peeling session per day await you. 

Furthermore, every Monday and Thursday, the experience continues until 10 p.m., thanks to the unmissable Late Night Sauna including an additional Aufguss appointment.

To catch your breath, recharge your batteries and relax.

 

In our wellness centre there are many spaces dedicated to rest and in which you feel enveloped by the natural elements. 

In the Lana room you feel the positive effect of wool, which here is harmoniously combined with peat, willow bark, stone pine shavings, flax and herbs. 

In our small barn you come into direct contact with the pleasantness of hay, while Swiss stone pine wood has its beneficial effect in the Swiss stone pine room. Swiss stone pine wood is the ideal material for furnishing a relaxation room: lying on the waterbeds, you can relax enveloped in the fragrant essence of Swiss stone pine. And that's not all: on the foot reflexology bench, cherry stones massage the soles of your feet. If you have always wanted to lie on a cloud, all you have to do is choose the White Room: a perfect space to read and laze undisturbed, without distraction.
