Being one of the best hotels in Garda Trentino, chef Michael Marinattoit believes it is essential to offer guests a refined gourmet restaurant: our guests will be able to choose between 3 variants -2 (easy menu), 3 (light menu ) or 4 courses (full menu). Together with him in the kitchen there are three sous chefs: Caterina Moser, Claudio Burgalina and Emiliano Vidovino.
Our Marco Pittarino, passionate sommelier, will ensure the perfect match between wine, beer and food. The Gardascuola cellar, in fact, boasts a choice of over 900 labels with particular attention to those of Trentino and Lake Garda.
